Spritz cookies are sold in different shapes and toppings in pastry shops through-out Europe. Here are two delicious flavors of cookies to treat yourself and your loved ones.

The plain vanilla cookie is made with 40% Heirloom Einkorn flour and baked with homemade strawberry jam in the center. The Chocolate cookie is made with Valrhona cocoa powder and baked with home made Orange marmalade.

Store the cookies in cool room temperature and avoid humidity. if the cookies become tender, rebake them in 300f oven until warm and they will be crispy again once cool down.
