Honey dates are used in this moist cake full of flavors of orange juice, fall spices and a spoonful of Miso. Chunks of walnuts and a layer of Valrhona milk chocolate Jivara ( 40% cacao) are added. Embellished with Medjool dates and candied orange peels at the top.
Store in refrigerator. Best served at room temperature to enjoy the full flavor & texture.
